Evening Standard: "Protesters celebrate delay to giant waste plant"

Campaigners fighting plans for one of Europe's largest waste processing plants
are celebrating, after the proposals were put on hold.
More than 200 protesters picketed Haringey civic centre before the voted [sic] to
delay the proposal.
