"Next week the councillors of the London Borough of Broken Barnet will consider the revolutionary prospect of 'allowing' the filming of council meetings, either by the authority's own intiative, or by residents themselves.
"... Mrs Angry has written to the Director of Corporate Governance and Mr Walkley, the Chief Executive, with a helpful suggestion, in order to encourage the councillors in their difficult decision."
