"MORE than 13,000 people opposed to the Covanta incinerator have been moved to action, in the biggest display of resistance to date.
"Three months after 10,000 people formally registered their opposition to the Brig-y-Cwm 750,000-tonne-a-year incinerator plans, a further 13,286 have signed a petition asking the Welsh Government for support."
