"The NLWA is sending out a 6-or-so-page pamphlet to around 18,000 addresses in a 1km radius of the Pinkham Way site. This is to inform local residents about the imminent planning application, and will include information about the planning process, and a myth-busting guide to their waste-management proposals for the so called 'Eco-Park' they wish to build in our community."
