"In May a Consortium of Barnet Council and the NLWA will be making a major planning application to Haringey Council.
"We must acknowledge that a major industrial plant is being planned, for one of our unspoilt and green residential spaces. We need to campaign against what I see as the greatest threat to our environment, in the thirty years I have been living in Muswell Hill."
