"Labour MP Dennis Skinner has used the State Opening of
Parliament to draw attention to the country's economic situation, much
to the annoyance of some other MPs.
"After Black Rod summoned MPs to the Lords to hear the Queen's
Speech, Mr Skinner said:
"Jubilee year, double-dip recession, what a start.""His comment was greeted with cries of 'shame' from some Conservative MPs."
