"THE MP for Enfield Southgate, David Burrowes, is holding a public meeting this week on a controversial proposal for a new waste plant on the edge of his constituency.

Mr Burrowes said: 

"The aim of the public meeting is to make sure the voice of my constituents is heard loud and clear. We say 'No to Pinkham Way'."
