Barnet Times: "Cricklewood binman launches charity"

Link to Barnet Times

"A Cricklewood dustman has launched a charity to support the waste collectors he met in Indonesia.

"Father-of-four Wilbur Ramirez took part in the BBC Two programme, Toughest Place To Be A Binman, which saw him spending time living and working with an Indonesian refuse collector, Imam Syaffi.

"Mr Ramirez, 42, was so humbled by his experience in Indonesia at the end of last summer that he set up the Wilbur Ramirez Charitable Trust, which was launched at the 100 Club in Oxford Street, last Thursday."
